This decidedly special experience showcases the art and craft of Japanese cuisine, the unique blend of precision and flavors, all overseen by a trio of master chefs, each of whom has earned his own Michelin star. Here you will enjoy exceptional sushi and tempura, artfully prepared teppanyaki dishes, luscious cuts of Japanese wagyu beef and other choices that celebrate the best of Japan's cuisine, all served in a dramatic space that likewise pays tribute to Japan.

MASTER CONSULTANT SUSHI CHEF – TSUTOMU SHIMAMIYA

A master in the art of edomae-style sushi, Tsutomu Shimamiya is the founder of Sushi Zen, a Michelin two-star restaurant, and recipient of the Master Contemporary Craftsman award. He has prepared sushi for many prestigious guests, including two former US presidents.
